Workshop: Become an Organized Caregiver
Research indicates that those caring for aging or chronically ill relatives report higher levels of stress, poorer health and a greater tendency to engage in unhealthy behaviors to alleviate the stress.
Every day countless people join the ranks of the nearly 65 million Americans who are providing unpaid care to family members or friends. It is hard to not become overwhelmed when juggling life, work, and caregiving responsibilities. Lynda, a/k/a The Organized Caregiver, will share tips on easing the job of caregiving.
