Lynda offers Age-in-Place Coaching to support older adults and their caregivers in navigating the challenges of aging at home or transitioning to long-term care. She provides expert guidance, trusted referrals for private caregivers and handypeople, and personalized strategies designed to promote safety, comfort, and independence - every step of the way.
Planning a Move?
Lynda can help you set up your living space for safe movement and accessibility. Her guidance is ideal for individuals living with conditions including, but not limited to, Parkinson’s, arthritis, dementia, COPD, diabetes, stroke, ALS, vision or hearing loss, or orthopedic challenges.
Preparing for Surgery or a Hospital Discharge?
Schedule a session with Lynda before your procedure to set up your home for a safer, smoother recovery. She’ll guide you in choosing the right durable medical equipment - like shower chairs, grab bars, and toilet risers - and help you prepare your living space for post-surgery needs. Whether you're undergoing joint replacement, open-heart surgery, or another major procedure, her expert advice will leave you feeling more confident and prepared going in - and more comfortable coming home.
Supporting Caregivers Near or Far
Lynda offers guidance to long-distance caregivers and offers strategies to manage care remotely.

Universal Design (IMAGES NEEDED)
Whether you're planning a renovation or building new, Lynda helps you integrate Universal Design principles to create spaces that are accessible, functional, and beautiful for all ages and abilities. She also collaborates with architects and contractors to ensure your home is welcoming and inclusive—embracing the concept of “visitability” so everyone, from young children to grandparents and those with disabilities, can enter and navigate your home.

Lynda was an essential part of our designing our new condo, as we downsized to a new space that would allow us to live comfortably as we move into this next stage of our lives. Lynda was there at every turn, offering expert advice on everything from installations at the building stage through finishes, all done with function and style in mind. Lynda is a joy to work with, a most personable professional, and we highly recommend her for your needs.
